Who we are

Ridgeline Capital Group, LLC ("Ridgeline," "we," "us") is a mortgage brokerage based in Kansas City, Missouri. This policy describes how we handle information collected through ridgelinecapital.ai.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit the form on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the property address, the loan type and amounts you enter, and any notes you add.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server and security data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how visitors use the site: pages viewed, how you arrived, and whether a form was submitted or a phone or email link was clicked. Google Analytics does not receive what you type into our forms. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Advertising cookies. On our public marketing pages we use the Google Ads tag. It sets cookies so we can measure which of our ads lead to an inquiry, and so Google can show our ads to people who have visited the site. It records that a form was submitted or a phone link was tapped, not what you typed. We do not send your name, email address, or phone number to advertising platforms. These tags never load on our borrower portal, affiliate portal, or credit authorization pages. You can turn them off at any time; see Advertising choices below.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, or financial account numbers through this website. Those are collected later, if at all, through secure channels once a file is actually opened.

How we use it

• To evaluate your financing request and respond to you
• To share your scenario with lenders on our roster for the purpose of obtaining quotes and underwriting your loan
• To communicate with you by phone, text, or email about your request
• To maintain our internal records and meet legal and regulatory obligations

Who we share it with

We share your information with third-party lenders and service providers such as appraisers, title and escrow companies, and insurance agents, only as needed to evaluate, place, and close your loan. We also use service providers who operate our website, email, and customer records systems on our behalf. Google receives the advertising cookie data described above.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state privacy laws treat advertising cookies like the Google Ads tag as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You can opt out of that on our Do Not Sell or Share page.

Advertising choices

To stop our advertising tags from loading in your browser, use the button on our Do Not Sell or Share page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically and the advertising tags do not load. You can also manage how Google personalizes ads for you at My Ad Center. Opting out of advertising cookies does not stop us from responding to a request you submit.

Text messaging

If you provide a mobile number, you agree we may contact you by text about your financing request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of email or phone contact.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry and loan file information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transmission of anything submitted through this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the information you've submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing loans@ridgelinecapital.ai or calling (816) 710-5936. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; contact us and we will honor any rights that apply to you.

Children

This site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
