Ridgeline Capital Group is a Kansas City mortgage brokerage that places business-purpose loans for real estate investors. The people placing your loan have been on your side of the closing table.
Who we are
An operator's shop, not an originator's.
Most lenders have never done a deal. We have, more than 1,000 of them: flips, rentals, and ground-up builds we completed ourselves. That is why we know what a rehab budget really costs, what a closing timeline actually needs to be, and which exit a loan has to leave room for.
Ridgeline is a mortgage brokerage. We don't lend our own capital. We keep a vetted roster of non-QM and private lenders, know whose guidelines fit which deal, and route your file to that lender instead of shotgunning it across the market. Every file is pre-screened before it's submitted, so you don't pay for an appraisal on a deal that was never going to fund.
Every loan we place is business-purpose and secured by non-owner-occupied investment property. We're based in Kansas City, Missouri, and we place loans for investors across most of the country. Which states a given loan works in depends on the lender, so we confirm it on the first call.

Founder, Ridgeline Capital Group
Nathan is a real estate investor first. He started Ridgeline after years of buying, rehabbing, building, and holding property, and after seeing how often investors were put in front of lenders who had never run a deal themselves.
He built Ridgeline around one idea: the person structuring your loan should understand the deal the way you do. Nathan and the team have closed more than $100 million in funded loans, and he still invests in his own projects alongside the borrowers Ridgeline serves.
