Who we are

Ridgeline Capital Group, LLC ("Ridgeline," "we," "us") is a mortgage brokerage based in Kansas City, Missouri. This policy describes how we handle information collected through ridgelinecapital.ai.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit the form on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the property address, the loan type and amounts you enter, and any notes you add.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server and security data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, or financial account numbers through this website. Those are collected later, if at all, through secure channels once a file is actually opened.

How we use it

• To evaluate your financing request and respond to you
• To share your scenario with lenders on our roster for the purpose of obtaining quotes and underwriting your loan
• To communicate with you by phone, text, or email about your request
• To maintain our internal records and meet legal and regulatory obligations

Who we share it with

We share your information with third-party lenders and service providers such as appraisers, title and escrow companies, and insurance agents, only as needed to evaluate, place, and close your loan. We also use service providers who operate our website, email, and customer records systems on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging

If you provide a mobile number, you agree we may contact you by text about your financing request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of email or phone contact.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry and loan file information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transmission of anything submitted through this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the information you've submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing loans@ridgelinecapital.ai or calling (816) 710-5936. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; contact us and we will honor any rights that apply to you.

Children

This site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
